李健

个人简介:

李健,博士研究生,副研究员、硕士生导师。2015年6月于厦门大学。主要从事全球变化下滨海河口湿地入侵植物与本地植物对C、S等生源要素及污染物生物地球化学循环影响、沉积物-植物-微生物互作的研究,以及滨海湿地生物污染与非生物污染的治理与资源化利用。同时,结合已有的基础研究工作,进一步对其中的植物资源在环境修复等领域的应用潜力进行开发。研究成果在Environmental Pollution(IF2021=9.988)、Chemosphere (IF2021= 8.943)、Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety(IF2021=7.129)、Journal of Environmental Management(IF2021= 8.910)、Marine Pollution Bulletin(IF2021= 7.001)、Ecological Indicators(IF2021=6.263)、Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering(IF2021=6.048)等SCI期刊发表论文30余篇;授权发明专利4项;主持(结题)国家级、省部级等科研项目5项,主要参与项目4项;并获2021年度江苏省科协青年科技人才托举工程资助,获评2018年87978797威尼斯老品牌优秀青年骨干教师。

理论贡献:

结合滨海湿地植物耐受重金属机制的问题,首次揭示了滨海湿地植物根系吸收重金属的共质体途径/非共质体途径的分配策略以及共质体运输中根系吸收重金属的主要离子通道,并将滨海湿地植物根系对重金属区域化富集的生理解剖结构进行可视化,相关研究工作发表在Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety、Marine Pollution Bulletin等国际生态学、海洋科学顶级期刊。

同时, 揭示了滨海湿地沉积环境中植物对重金属污染物生物地球化学循环影响的机制,并首次发现植物根际系统改变沉积物原有的重金属“汇”作用,使其向“源”转化的关键机制,及硫元素在其中的关键介导作用,相关研究工作发表在Environmental Pollution、Chemosphere等国际生态学顶级期刊。

另外,开创性的提出了植物源电子穿梭体介导硫酸盐还原菌形成胞外硫元素生物地球化学循环的新途径理论,为植物生态学-生物地球化学-微生物学多学科交叉研究提供新的方向与突破口。
